Beverley Zabow, Of Counsel

Ms. Zabow is a corporate and commercial attorney with extensive knowledge and experience supporting Hitech and technology based corporations in their key domestic and cross-border transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of M&A deals and financing transactions and close work with international co-counsels. Ms. Zabow also provides legal counsel to Hitech companies with respect to their day-to-day matters, including their intellectual property transactions. She has gained special expertise in the field of FOSS (free and open source software) and with medical devices, aeronautics and solar energy companies

Ms. Zabow's strengths include good personal skills and proactive seeking of a win-win solution in situations of conflict through confident and close support of clients. Ms. Zabow has more than ten years of business experience before studying the law and her business experience (including in the Hitech industry) gives her an advantage when considering the practical commercial implications of her legal counseling.

Beverley worked as a senior associate at Goldfarb Seligman & Co., one of the largest and leading corporate and commercial law firm in Israel, for eight years. She graduated cum laude from Netanya Academic College (LL.B).
